At Charlotte Ruth Living, we want every item you receive to reflect the same care, faith, and love that went into creating it.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right—with grace and understanding.

📦 Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition.

To begin a return, please email support@charlotteruthliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for mailing the item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their personalized or digital nature, the following items are non-returnable:

Digital downloads (ebooks, printables, etc.)

Personalized or custom-made products

Sale or clearance items
